What this site is

This website provides general information about Inaico and lets you join an early-access waitlist. Nothing here is an offer of service, a guarantee of availability, or a contract to provide maintenance coordination.

Joining the waitlist

When you join the waitlist you agree to give us accurate information and to let us contact you about early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you will be offered access, and does not create any business relationship between us. We may close, limit, or change the waitlist at any time.

For service professionals: submitting your information does not make you an Inaico partner, contractor, or network member, and does not mean we have verified your business, licensing, or insurance. Any working relationship would require a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break into, disrupt, overload, or scrape this site, submit false or automated signups, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Inaico name, logo, and the content on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read and share it, but please do not copy it for commercial use without permission.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and anything described here about our future product may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inaico is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after we do means you accept the updated version.
