Inaico (“Inaico”, “we”, “us”) is building maintenance coordination software for independent landlords and the service professionals who work with them. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
This site does one thing: it collects early-access waitlist signups. Depending on which side of the waitlist you join, we ask for:
- Landlords: your name, email address, city, the number of rental properties you own, and optionally a short description of your biggest maintenance challenge.
- Service professionals: your name or business name, email address, phone number, your service category, the cities you serve, and optionally your license number or website.
We also collect basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type and general location derived from your IP address, for security and to understand how many people visit.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about early access to Inaico.
- To understand where our early users and service professionals are located, so we know which areas to launch in.
- To send occasional updates about our progress. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who can see it
Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Within Inaico, only team members who need it can access it. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for early access outreach.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at hello@inaico.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
